Nike: Unconscious Bias Awareness
In 2019, NIKE, Inc. launched a mandatory online training designed for all 80,000+ employees. Nike is one of the first companies to require Unconscious Bias Awareness (UBA) training at this scale and our team had to make the content work for a global audience.
My Involvement
Communicated internal training platform guidelines to program creation teams
Championed content consistency with multiple global stakeholders in Learning and Development and Diversity and Inclusion
Designed and iterated internal webpage throughout program activation
Recommended and implemented a new display option to accommodate the training’s 26 translations
