Nike: Unconscious Bias Awareness

In 2019, NIKE, Inc. launched a mandatory online training designed for all 80,000+ employees. Nike is one of the first companies to require Unconscious Bias Awareness (UBA) training at this scale and our team had to make the content work for a global audience.

 

My Involvement

  • Communicated internal training platform guidelines to program creation teams

  • Championed content consistency with multiple global stakeholders in Learning and Development and Diversity and Inclusion

  • Designed and iterated internal webpage throughout program activation

  • Recommended and implemented a new display option to accommodate the training’s 26 translations
