Lyft: New Driver App

As Lyft grew, so did the app. Eventually, we needed two 
— the original for passengers and a new app for drivers. To seamlessly transition drivers to the new app, strong communication and customer support were essential.

 

My Involvement

  • Communicated potential pain points to project team during app development

  • Partnered with a cross-functional and diverse team at Lyft

  • Developed customer support communication plan that was repurposed many times for subsequent launches

  • Wrote and organized public-facing help center and internal associate content
