Lyft: Delta Partnership
Lyft and Delta teamed up to encourage passengers to link their SkyMiles and Lyft accounts to earn miles on every ride. With two companies, new app functionality, and a shared audience, we had to make sure passengers were supported and understood the program.

Presented quantitative and qualitative UX learnings from past promotions to inform design and communication plan
Worked with Delta and internal Partnerships team at Lyft to design support structure
Developed support launch plan
Wrote and organized public-facing help center and internal associate content
